These terms apply when you use Wayfinders at wayfindersplatform.com. By creating an account or using Wayfinders, you agree to them.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• If you are under 13, you need a parent, guardian or school to set up and supervise your use.

Communities and memberships

• Community owners pay $5.00 or Rp 79,000 per month per community, unless a different price is shown when you sign up.
• Community owners set their own membership prices, content and level rules, and are responsible for them.
• Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are handled by Mayar or PayPal. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refunded.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you post or upload.
• You give Wayfinders permission to store and show your content so the platform can work.
• Only post content you have the right to share.

Be kind and lawful

Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual or misleading, do not share other people’s private information, and do not try to break or misuse the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep Wayfinders running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Wayfinders is provided “as is”.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Wayfinders is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Wayfinders and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
